Time was taken to ensure all touch point were achieved. Agreed timelines and strategies were all discussed and a seamless plan of action was implemented.
For Creative Force, the free use of the portal was a big win. The Creative Force remote workforce team were able to track their shipments right down to the last mile, this could then be relayed back to their management on a daily basis as reporting on the outreach project, having hands on access to this information was invaluable to Creative Force.
