The Abbott Nutrition post-covid meet-up was supplemented by a bespoke selection of meaningful and sustainable branded merchandise.
This is the 1st time the team has met up in person since COVID and we would like to provide them with nice items
Part of the global Abbott nutrition division had planned to meet up in Ireland for an internal meeting with some team building activities. This is was first time the team had met in person since COVID and they wanted to put together a bespoke selection of meaningful & sustainable branded items. The project leader, based in the US, wanted a local supplier in Ireland to manage the ordering and delivery of the items in order to make the process as smooth as possible given the short lead-time.
Our account manager arranged one to one video calls with the project lead to get a better understanding of the event/project in mind. By listening to the client carefully we understood the areas that were important to them, especially when it came to quality and sustainable items. We selected a wide range of items and, with branded visuals, presented them to the client. During a follow-up consultation we narrowed down the selection of items, made some adjustments before arriving at the final pack. During production the client was regularly kept up-to-date on the status of the project by our Project Managment team.
We carefully managed this project from start to finish and exceeded our clients expectations by delivering the project within budget and 1 week ahead of time.
Working on this project allowed us to select high quality & sustainable items that became lasting, meaningful gifts to valued staff members.
